Fighting to Get Your Fair Compensation

The same old story…

Car Accidents can be frustrating, costly, and tragic. Many assume if the accident was the other driver’s fault, the friendly hand of insurance will take care of everything.

Then, comes delay, the insurance company attempts to interview and record you with misleading questions. These questions are designed to make it appear as if you caused the accident or to minimize your claim for injuries.

Then, more delays. No one is doing anything to help you or to protect you or your family. WHO is supposed to investigate for you and save the evidence you need to support your claim.

Then, even further delays. Finally, you get the letter stating the other driver’s insurance company is not going to pay anything.

An insurance adjuster’s job is simple; he/she is paid to aid the insurance company in limiting your claim or even in avoiding it all together. The fact that you have no one to represent you on your claim, only benefits the insurance company.

Your bills are piling up. You may be unable to return to work or even to work at all. You may have ongoing medical treatment; or your injuries may be permanent.

Your insurance company informs you that you “have used up any benefits provided in your policy.” You stand alone. You feel like the victim again! You feel like you have been involved in another accident. This accident though is really a game played by many insurance companies. They deny claims by routinely saying ” You contributed to the accident or your injuries are not that significant.”

Your life has been thoroughly disrupted. The mounting medical bills must be paid or your credit will be shot. You think of the possible costs of future treatment. No one seems to care that you are in pain or are disabled because of your injuries.

Your damages must be carefully evaluated. Medical records and bills are significant factors in any case. However, there is still one more crucial factor. Understanding how the pain affects your life and the difficulty you have dealing with tasks help show your true level of pain. You need an advocate who can correctly convey this information to the parties involved.
